When you book a session with Al Fuentes Coaching through this scheduling site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, timezone, and any notes you add about your session. If you make a payment, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details directly. We do not store your full card number.
We use your information to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and remind you about sessions; to process payments for paid sessions and packages; to respond to questions or notes you send us; and to maintain your account if you create one to manage your bookings.
Email reminders and confirmations are sent through our email provider (Resend). If you opt in to text message reminders, those are sent through our SMS provider (Twilio) using the phone number you provide.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with the service providers necessary to run Al Fuentes Coaching's scheduling and payment systems: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Supabase (secure database hosting). These are service providers acting on our behalf, not marketing partners, and they are contractually bound to use your data only to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing purposes.
