This site allows you to book, reschedule, and manage coaching sessions with Al Fuentes Coaching. By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Sessions must be booked, rescheduled, or cancelled within the notice windows shown at the time of booking (these vary by coach settings and are displayed on the booking and reschedule pages). Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within that window may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session on our end with reasonable notice, in which case you will be offered a new time or a full refund for that session.
Paid sessions and packages are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. Package credits are non-transferable between clients unless explicitly arranged.
If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing notice within the applicable cancellation window, the session may be forfeited without a refund or credit, at our discretion.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and related account emails. If you opt in to SMS reminders, you agree to receive text messages about your scheduled sessions. These messages are informational, related to your appointments, and are not marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on your upcoming sessions, up to approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your bookings or affect email communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Al Fuentes Coaching provides coaching services for informational and educational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from coaching sessions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Fuentes Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in coaching sessions.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
